GourmetNo. Every class is beginner friendly. It's so easy that even kids can attend, and our instructors offer options for every level. Our place focuses more on relaxation and mood-lifting! Please note that the yoga is basic, relaxing stretching, so please don't expect a full workout or intense yoga, as the puppies and kittens will keep coming over to play with you. The yoga relaxes your body while the puppies or kittens light up your mood.

Yes! Children aged 4 and above are welcome when attending with an adult, as long as they don't make loud noises or disturb other participants. The price is the same for every age.
